Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and train new Sales Representatives, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and tools necessary to succeed.
- Mentor and develop the sales team, providing continuous coaching to improve performance and close rates.
- Optimize sales strategies by refining outreach methods, objection-handling techniques, and client acquisition processes.
- Monitor sales team performance through data tracking and KPI analysis, making adjustments to ensure targets are consistently met.
- Act as a bridge between Sales Reps and upper management, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with company goals.
- Assist in closing high-value deals, stepping in to provide support when needed and ensuring a seamless sales process.
- Drive expansion efforts by aggressively recruiting new salespeople as the company scales.
- Provide hands-on leadership, setting an example through professionalism, work ethic, and client relationship management.
- Work closely with the Director of Sales, supporting strategic initiatives and preparing for increased leadership responsibilities.
Must Have
- Proven sales experience, with a track record of closing deals and meeting or exceeding targets.
- At least 1 year of leadership or team management experience in a sales-driven environment.
- Strong communication and coaching skills, with the ability to train and inspire a sales team.
- A data-driven approach, using metrics to improve team performance and refine sales strategies.
- Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and training new sales professionals.
- A results-oriented mindset, always looking for ways to drive revenue growth and team success.

As a Junior Sales Director, your compensation is designed to grow alongside the company’s success. You’ll earn 1% of the net profit from all sales made by your team, creating a performance-driven incentive that rewards your ability to train, mentor, and lead high-performing sales reps. Additionally, any sales you personally close will earn you the full commission, giving you even more control over your income.
You will also receive a share of the company’s net profits as part of our profit-sharing program. Before securing company ownership, you’ll receive annual bonuses based on company earnings. Once you meet performance and time-based milestones, you’ll qualify for an equity stake in the business, positioning you for long-term wealth accumulation and leadership advancement.
This is a full-time role with leadership autonomy, allowing you to shape your team’s strategy and contribute to the company’s broader vision.
