Connected Age Marketing & Media Services is seeking a Director of Digital Strategy & Fulfillment to lead our fulfillment team, oversee client projects, and ensure the highest quality of work. As the Director of Digital Strategy & Fulfillment, you’ll oversee the execution of digital marketing projects, including website design, SEO, email marketing, and social media campaigns. You’ll manage and mentor a team of Digital Marketing Fulfillment Specialists, ensuring they have the tools and guidance to deliver exceptional results. While your primary focus is leadership, you’ll also have the opportunity to contribute directly to projects when needed.


This role is part of the company’s upper management team and includes profit-sharing incentives and eventual ownership opportunities. Responsibilities

  •  Lead and manage the fulfillment team, including Digital Marketing Fulfillment Specialists, to ensure high-quality execution of client projects.
  • Oversee the delivery of digital marketing services such as website design, SEO, email marketing, and social media campaigns, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve fulfillment processes, team efficiency, and overall client satisfaction.
  • Act as the final quality control for all deliverables, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and alignment with client goals.
  • Mentor and support team members by providing guidance, training, and constructive feedback to help them grow professionally.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Sales and other upper management to align fulfillment strategies with sales and company goals.
  • Step in to directly handle client projects when necessary to meet deadlines or address complex challenges.
  • Stay up-to-date on digital marketing trends and best practices to continually refine the company’s service offerings.
  • Serve as the point of escalation for any fulfillment-related client concerns or issues.

Must Have

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in areas such as website design, SEO, email marketing, or social media.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing teams or projects in a professional environment.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills to balance multiple projects and responsibilities effectively.
  • A detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to ensure the accuracy and quality of all deliverables.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate with team members, clients, and other company leaders.
  • Willingness to take a hands-on approach when needed, stepping in to complete projects or guide team members through complex tasks.
  •  A commitment to continuous learning and improvement, staying informed about the latest digital marketing tools and trends.
  • Knowledge of website design platforms (e.g., WordPress) and coding languages like CSS or JavaScript.

  • Experience in creating and implementing digital marketing strategies for small businesses.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Prior experience in a leadership role within a digital marketing agency or a similar fast-paced environment.

As the Director of Digital Strategy & Fulfillment, you’ll enjoy a competitive pay structure that reflects your leadership responsibilities and the company’s performance. You’ll earn 10% of the net profit from all projects completed by your team, incentivizing you to guide and support their success.


In addition, you’ll receive a share of the company’s net profits as part of our profit-sharing program. Before achieving ownership milestones, you’ll be entitled to a portion of the company’s annual net profits, paid as a bonus. Once you meet specific performance- and time-based milestones, you’ll secure ownership shares of the company, offering long-term financial rewards and investment in our success.


This is a full-time leadership position offering flexibility in how you manage your team and processes. While you’ll have significant independence, you’ll also work closely with other upper management to ensure alignment with company goals.
