This is a relatively independent position, where you’ll collaborate with the Fulfillment Department for client-related ads but otherwise operate in a focused and specialized capacity, answering directly to the President and Vice President. Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the company’s advertising budget, which accounts for 10% of all net profits, ensuring every dollar is spent effectively to drive measurable growth.
- Run and optimize advertising campaigns for the company and its clients, delivering high-quality results that align with each project’s goals.
- Monitor and analyze ad performance across platforms to continuously refine strategies and improve return on investment (ROI).
- Diversify ad spend by exploring and implementing campaigns on various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as needed.
- Collaborate with the Fulfillment Department to ensure ad campaigns align with client needs and broader marketing strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging platforms, and advertising best practices to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
- Provide detailed reports on campaign performance, ROI, and optimization strategies to the President and Vice President.
